Bordás Renáta ev. (hereinafter: Data Controller) is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and clients, and pays particular attention to compliance with applicable data protection legislation, especially the EU 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Purpose of Data Processing
The purpose of data processing related to the services of Bordás Renáta ev. is: establishing and maintaining contact, handling requests for quotations, preparation and performance of contracts, carrying out client and partner communication, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. invoicing).
2. Scope of Data Processed
During contact made via the website, e-mail or telephone, the following personal data may be provided: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name (where relevant), the content of the message, as well as other data necessary for the administration.
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for data processing: the voluntary consent of the data subject, and data processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract, based on Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.
4. Data Transfers and Data Processors
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except where: it is necessary for the performance of the service (e.g. accounting, courier service), or it is required by law. Personal data is processed exclusively by authorised employees of the Data Controller.
5. Data Retention Period
Data provided in connection with a request for quotation or contact will be processed by the Data Controller until the inquiry is closed, or for a maximum of 12 months, after which it will be deleted, provided no contract is concluded and there is no legal obligation for further retention.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject is entitled to: request information about the processing of their personal data, request the rectification or erasure of their data, request the restriction of data processing, object to data processing, withdraw their consent at any time. Requests may be submitted by the data subject to the e-mail address hello@bravetorave.hu.
7. Security and Data Protection
The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the secure processing of personal data, and takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, modification, loss or misuse.
8. Remedies

9. Final Provisions
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this privacy statement. Amendments shall take effect on the date of publication on the website.
